Only a small pike but it was good fun.
Tackle used, Fox Predator Elite 6'6'' 15-50gr spinning rod, Shimano Stradic 4000, 30lb braid, 30lb wire trace, large Chug Bug.
In the centre left of the picture you can see a gap in the overhanging bushes. I cast the lure into the gap, let the splash and rings die out a bit then worked it aggressively back towards me. I'd moved the Chug Bug about 10 feet out of the gap when a small submarine raced from behind and absolutely nailed it.
After a decent scrap I landed it.
