Besides the Camillus/Ontairo Pilot's knife, CRK Aviator, and Gerber LMF II, are there any other knives currently made (or marketed) specifically for military pilots?

There's the ASEK knives that were recently introduced. There is also a helicopter escape knife that is mounted in the helicopter, it's a short chisel ground knife with a a heavy handle that is shaped a bit like a dumbbell.

In WWII, there were large Collins #18 Bowie/Machetes(looks like the big modern Case bowie, which also was made in WWII) in pilots survival kits. These were replaced by folding machetes. Various other small machetes were also available for private perchase.

There is also the Colonial folding survival knife(large 6 inch folder with saw blade) that was issued to the AAF(Army Airforce Force).

There were also Marble's Ideal pattern knives that made their way into flight kits.
