Ok Lycosa, here's some pic's of one that I had handy!
It started out as a waved CQC-7B. I don't care for waved blades so I ground off the wave, reground the thumb ramp and regrooved it..........
Sent it to Tom, he reground the 7B to a 7A and thinned down the blade to one of his famous regrinds, then bead blasted it. The blade is now a chisel ground 7A (flat back).........
Then off to Ferrrk to let him do his magic, he turned the CQC-7 into a pimped CQC-6, thick liner, dove tail ti bolsters, ti back spacer, green micarta handles, ect....... then added Tom's reground blade and "Wha-la" what you see here........
