The blade has been polished as well as the hardware on a dremel tool using course, med, and then fine polishing wheels. The black G10 has also been grooved with a round hand file. The action and lockup are absolutely perfect, extremely smooth and very solid. The blade does show some light scratches from use since I polished the blade. The ti lock side shows very little wear.
