The blade has been reprofiled and convexed, the Ti slab has been satin finished, the clip is mirror polished on the back satin on the top. The lock stop was left black.

The washers and contact areas have been mirror polished which has quickened up the deploy a bit.

I was going to do a new G10 scale but the texture on the original one matches the Ti on the other side so I thought it might look a bit weird if it was different and i quite like the texture any way.
I started to make a Ti spacer but unfortunatly on this knife the blade can be pressed on to the spacer so it was better to keep the G10 as its less troubling to the edge.

I think il bead blast the hardwear and blade as im not to sure about the satin finish but im still pretty happy with it as is :)

WOW! Great job Haze! Love the reprofiling of the blade, and everything else for that matter.

I'd love to have one of my 0200's with a polished blade like that. Very Nice Haze!

Thanks for the kind words guys

The satin finish was done with a medium (grey) buffing wheel after the
reprofiling and convex job was done and cleaned up.

The pictures make the blade finish look a bit rough with the bright sun light
but its actually nice and glossy in person.

That looks great! Can you post a side view of the blade so we can see the new profile better?

Is it that way with ALL the ZT 0300 series? Or is it just that particular knife?

Patient: Doctor, it hurts when I do that.

Doctor: Well, don't do that!

:D
