Does the rocker pin count in the Schrade 6OT/7OT/LB7/LB8 pin counts?

It's a little confusing, since the rocker pin don't count in a Buck 110's pin count.

Is this "officially" a "3 Pin" or "4 Pin" non "Schrade +" 7OT? I consider it a "3 pin" since the rocker pin, like the steering axle on a class 7 or 8 truck, don't count.

what we are really counting i guess are the brass points on the handle. would that make it more clear?
