Pin dressing/peening tool?

Is there a particular name to the tool that you finish pins with? I used one once many years ago and seem to recall that you rotate a crank and increase the tension on the crank to burnish-peen the end of the pins. Any idea what I am refering to.

Are you talking about head spinners? They round off the end of the pin. They are available at TKS and other supply places for @ $15
 
Yeah, it's called a spinner, or pin spinner.
Most of the knifemakers supply houses carry them.
