Well Guys, my fiancee wants to buy something for the shop as my Christmas present this year....:confused: Pinch me...I must be dreaming......help me guys......:( :) :D ;) :D
 
Rene, that is great news! Just remember, no redhead or blonde shop elf request! Also, maybe try to limit your wish list to no longer than your property line.
 
I felt about same way last weekend Roy, gf took me to JM Davis Arms museum(I had suggested it completely as a joke), and even said we'd go again sometime when we had more time.

Don't know of anything you might need in shop either, so that is even better, gets to waht you might just want in shop.
 
The only thing I can think your shop needs Rene is an addition and we all know you just like to be pinched.

See how much Kit Carson is going for these days! Sometimes he calles himself a hasbeen, but I'm pretty sure he can still push a broom. hehe :)


I'm not sure waht you should get, but given your fiancee's interest, I hope you get here something cool this year!
 
There's a neat new Porshe out this year, about a half a million, 607 hp. Think how fast you could get to you shop and make more money to take her out to nice places. It's worth a shot, go for it. I approached my wife about buying me one and she asked me how much I had to drink and mentioned taking the refridgerator out of my shop. Women can get mean when a knifemaker wants a new toy. They don't understand the concept, "He who dies with the most toys wins".

Well I have been kinda thinking of a wood lathe... I would love to make some fancy walking sticks....!! Can someone suggest one brand over another for this task....:D
