Hi Everybody,

I did a little pimping out in the shop last week.

Made brand new Pink G-10 scales for a HACK I had taken the scales off of.
Also did some tube fasteners.

What do you think ?

dude,
that is awesome, now that is cool, like to have one of them for the misses for christmas.

of course i like hacks anyhoo, knew that i should have got a couple at blade this year, but june in on da way...

If i say that next to a drink in a bar what drink would be appropriate?

Someone it doesn't screem double Bookers neat. I'm thinking more Knob Creek Manhattan or possibly a Kir Royale :D

I think it had better be for your wife! In which case, it is cool! :D

.

Really like the shape of those slabs. I know Amy and Barb would kill for that.

BTW, who made that great looking sheath?

I know! I know!

I bet it's one of those fine sheaths from a brother HOG from Arizona.

Thats nice!!!

I bet Busse would sell a lot of those pink handled hacks if they offered them, they would make great Christmas gifts for the ladies.

If that knife belonged to any other dude, I'd call it a "sissy lil' girly knife". But I think Dave can prolly get away with it.

How did you do those tube fasteners? They don't look to be flared anywhere near as much as Busse does it, but also not a straight tube one sees on glued slabs. Yours remind me of a tubular rivet, with just a curl at the the end.

Just a guess but I'm thinking there's not enough width to flare them as much on a Hack.

this doesn't just have to be for a girl, this can be for a guy too, lol
not really but it can be :)
