The Griptillian is a great choice. I think Ka-Bar also makes one of the Dozier folders in pink.

ritter grip and native are both good choices, i would take the native myself but a woman with an eye for aethstetics would probably go for the ritter grip.

Spyderco Manix 2 with pink handles. Limited edition (I think 500 pieces?), but you can still find them around at $80-90.
The limited edition factor, might earn you extra browny points, worth the shot IMO!
If my wife cared for knives, I'd get her one of those!

Hi Broad Arrow -

That is an outstanding choice.

I have a mini-grip and it is a sweet little knife.

The Ritter version just makes it better in my opinion.

Nice little gift for your lady.

I bought my girls the Kommen version of the SAK Classic SD last year and they all love them. My girls tend to use the little scissors on the knife more than anything else.

Good luck and best regards -

The mini grip, and especially the Ritter variant, is absolutely IMHO my favorite sub $100 sub 3" folder on the market.

Spyderco Delica Flat Ground 2-7/8" VG10 Satin Plain Blade, Pink FRN Handles (C11FPPN).

Just bot my 5th pink Spyderco Delica so all of the women in my life won't need to ask to borrow a knife (people will ask to borrow their knives now):

Sister, wife, Sister-In-Law, Daughter-In-Law and Granddaughter (1.5 years old, I know, but it will be ready for her when she is ready for it). Every last adult woman carries their knife, usually in a purse, and they don't hesitate to show them off and use them.

Perfect size safe (none have cut themselves) ergonomic grip, lite in weight so easily carried, bright color so hard to misplace, brilliant grip texturing, secure backlock, moveable pocket clip, spine jimping, lanyard hole, adjustable pivot, thumb hole opener, low maintenance, not too expensive to lose and something to show off and not keep hidden.

if she is not a knife person, i wouldn't recommend an AO knife. on top of that, the only knife i had anything break on me so far is the spring of an AO knife.

of the grip or spydercos, i would go with the grip. more friendly lock and better blade shape imo.

"Break" you mean the A/O wore out? It's easily replaceable... not an issue, and you can still open it manually...

Grip is fatter. If wifey is wearing jeans, she's going to prefer a slim leek or spydie.

That is an excellent knife and an excellent choice. I wish I would have thought of the Ritter Grip before I picked up my fiancee's knife for this Christmas. I get her a knife every year. This year I picked up a pink Strider PT. I hope she likes it.

I would like to thank you Broad Arrow for showing me what I'll probably be getting her next year. :D I say definitely go for it.
