Pioneer in June issue of Blade??

I was curious about the specs on the Pioneer featured toward the back of the June issue of Blade. It has a swept point and appears to have reddish-copper colored, smooth scales. What;'s the deal?

I haven't seen Blade. They did have some of the micarta handle Pioneers the specs are the same except for the handle. We will have some Green G-10 soon and the esclator trainers will be red G-10.
Unfortunatly the makers of pretextured G-10 only have a fugly blue and fugly tan so unless they get better colors we are staying with the Black and Green.

I just really liked the reddish color. Wish that's how they came stock!
