I heard the liner adjusts as the knife wears. Is this true? If so, could someone explain it, and is that true of the Carnivore?

Thanks

Thats a new one. We use a very high grade hard stainless they should have a long life. The old Pioneers when 384 pounds of torque was applied 2.4 inches from the pivot distorted. That was a diffrent flavor of stainless now with close to 600 the new stainless does what we wanted.

So then I assume it is not an accurate statement (about the liner self-adjusting that is)? And the Carnivore probably is built pretty much the same way, right? Thanks for the relpy.

Look at the rolling lock portion of our website and you will see the lock adjust for wear not the liners. www.roundeye.com

OH! Whoops! Thanks for the correction. I have to be honest though: I don't get the lock at ALL from the pictures.
