pipe tomahawk with octagon bowl

Can anyone tell me where I can get a pipe tomahawk head with an octagon pipe bowl? I used to get them from Golden Age Arms but they have gone out of business. They called it the "fort Defiance." Jim Johnston of GAA told me that he used to get them from Inernational Arms Co., located in Wooster, OH. I have written them but they have not answered.
If anyone can help me find this model OR another simular head please let me know. THANKS A LOT!!!!
