Piratech kraken Anodizing question

I have never used anodized titanium using a power supply. Im interested in anodizing the scales of my Piratech Kraken i recently purchased. My main concern are the magnets. I dont know much about electricity but something tells me this would cause an issue somehow. Maybe im wrong. Just looking for some knowledge it if would be say to do. Thanks
