Pirate's Cove for Basic Members?

My most sincere apologies if the answer to this question is easily found, although I've searched for "cove" and read every thread to no avail.

Is the Pirate's Cove accessable to Basic Members ($10/yr)? Or is it only available to Gold and above?

WRONG. Basic Members do have access to the Pirate's Cove.

There is still some confusion because once upon a time the unpaid users were called basic members. They aren't any more; they are now called Registered Users and Basic Membership is $10 per year and includes access to the Pirate's Cove as well as other kewl privileges.
