FIVE not four but FIVE scarred and battered pieces of busse history were sent by special armed courier to the busse shop to be opened up in a special bio tank for observation.
he will be arriving as we read about this special find!

stay tuned! :p

I really like that thump ramp. I guess it is one of those Vascowear Fighters?

I wonder whether Jerry has burried anything in Europe so far ... this should give us European Hogs and Piglets at least a glimpse of hogdom ...

I would like that :D as I am quite good at excavating caches ... I know several good sites. Jerry, if you want me to bury something ... and speak in riddles ever after this ... (about the cache, that is)

Regards

Hmmm....

You are claiming that you, The Missus, and RevoKnio found the buried treasure. Meanwhile, RevoKnio has written to me that the three of you did NOT find the buried treasure.

Whose word should I go by?

I must admit that you have shown convincingly that you made it to the general area, but:

(1) "the treasure has been carefully documented, photographed and packed away for the trip out." AND "FIVE not four but FIVE scarred and battered pieces of busse history...."

So you say you found and carefully documented five, yet only show us one? And it's not even particularly scarred and battered? How do I know that one is not from your remarkable collection of rare old Busse knives?

(2) As I noted before, you would have reason to try to say you found it, as a delaying tactic.

(3) The knife picture, itself, seems very suspect, does not seem to support your narrative of events. Where and when did you take this picture?

For now, I remain unconvinced that you found the goods. Please feel welcome to present your case more strongly. Otherwise, I'll head up there, and check for myself.

Should be a nice hike, anyway.

yes, the hike was awesome!

the gps showed it to be 8 and 3/4 miles round trip.

we were glad that we took 4 gal of water, the narrow trail was steep and dusty.

it was a tough climb but when it was over we had...

NO REGRETS:)

Like Mike, I remain skeptical. There is just not enough real substance to the report to cause me to abandon a search of my own.
