My wife has a citizenship client who is an 80 year old woman from Iran. She has been denied citizenship for the last 8 years because she couldn't meet the English requirement, but today they finally approved her!
In return, she presented my wife with about 3 pounds of real Iranian pistachios, and pistachio filled Iranian candy both that she gets from the family back home. America hasn't seen Iranian pistachios for sale since the mid 1980s, and if you haven't had them, you can't imagine the difference. I'm sorry, but California and Turkish pistachios don't even come close. These are absolutely amazing.
Even through political difference, I still don't mind enjoying the finest from an adversary country...Cuban cigars for example. Cohibas, baby...yeah!!
