I know that Blade just got done but I couldn't go, I wish I could have but I am going to the ICCE in Kansas City this Sept. I was asked to do a presentation on Cut N Shoots for one hour. This is the pistol/folder I made for that show. I know its not the best pictures but please come by and have a close look at the show.

This is what is known as an "under-hammer" design. Its a muzzleloading 22 caliber pistol with a damascus folding blade on the side. The hammer spring also doubles as the trigger guard.

Good morning Bruce. Good morning everyone...It's been awhile and nice to be back in the swing of things. Sorry I missed everyone at Blade. Plans collided that last week for me. Next year!! Ok, back to the underhammer. I have the pleasure of owning several cut n shoots and must say that Bruce's are among the finest. I say "among" because I don't know all that is out there. I do shoot my cut n shoots and needless to say, I think Bruce is a natural gunsmith! A natural Master Gunsmith!! How one person could have such talent with guns and knives is a beautiful thing. Enough babble, carry on Bruce...

Now thats a compliment. Thank you. I do enjoy making these things. This is the 11th combination piece I've made in my life.
BTW are you going to Kansas City?

that's weirdly futuristic looking.
There's no one like you, Bruce:thumbup:

Can hardly wait to see all of you folks in KC and check that beauty out.....fantastic!

What's up Jon! Still living for knives. Yes!! Working on getting a table or two for the show Bruce. Anyway to see a shot from the top and bottom of the rig?

Bruce,

Once again you have outdone yourself. I'm looking forward to K.C. so I can get a closer look.

:) George Patten wouldn't have been impressed though as he thought: "Only a New Orleans pimp would carry a pearl handled pistol."

Gary, I was thinking of that quote while I was fitting these up. I've never used MOP before and didn't even think they would work out but I was wrong, they worked out great. I love pearl now.

If Chuck Norris carried a knife, it would be a Bruce Bump cut and shoot.

The last time that I used any pearl that large I had to wait until they were going to cut more and have it custom cut. Did you have any trouble getting it?
