I recently picked up a Carson large Model 4, and the blade is almost, but not quite, centered - enough that there is a slight rub at the spine from rubbing against the liner. The pivot needs a 2-hole spanner. Does anybody know where I can get one that will fit so I can move the blade over a hair? Thanks in advance.

I doubt this is of help - I’ve made spanners for a few knives with proprietary pivot hardware. Flat head screwdriver, dremel. Or fork prongs and pliers. The biggest problem was not marring / scraping / scratching the surface - which I did, every time.

Check your dimensions from McMaster Carr

I appreciate the help. By my measurement, it is 3/32" center-to-center, or 0.09375", which appears to be smaller than the smallest one they offer. The ones I saw have squared off ends instead of rounded, like pins, so I suspect they would ding up the inside of the holes. I will keep searching their site, though, since there might be something exactly like what I want. Looks like the pin diameter is 1/16".

I've only seen and used squared off ones. Do a search on "security" or "museum" screws. There are several vendors that sell those type of screw bits.
