Are there any other folding knives, besides the Chris Reeve knives that use a bushing around the pivot?

Thanks

I was just thinking about asking the exact same question.

So are there any other knives like that where you tighten it all the way and it's perfectly smooth?

Spyderco has adopted a bushing system or sorts on some of their knives, from what I understand. I know my Manix 2 has one, as I took it apart.

Here's a thread with a photo showing the brass bushing inside the blade in the second post:

There's been a lot of confusion on this issue. A lot of people think the "bushing" in this context means a washer. It does not. It's a barrel shaped bushing made out of steel in the Sebenza, or brass in the 110, that fits insude the blade bushing/pivot hole. It extends slightly outside the hole on both sides by a controlled amount. In the case of the Sebenza, the distance is so closely controlled that there's no need to adjust the pivot screw -- in fact it's not adjustable. Similarly, in the Buck 110 the amount of protrusion from the blade is meant to allow the blade to open but not allow noticable play.

Here's a link to a thread on Sebenza disassembly that shows the bushing:

The EDI Genesis, now discontinued, used a Sebenza type bushing, but it was nowhere as precise as the Seb!
