Some more details would help. What is your design and intended use?

The pivot size and type will depend on the blade size and use. Tell us a bit more about the knife you want to make.
BTW, I assume when you said "pivot screw" you meant the pivot. The pivot screw screws into the female end of a pivot.
Places like knife kits dot com have lots of choices in pivots and pivot screws.
