Goatmeat tarkari, vegetables and rice is finally ready. Mama takes it upon himself to prepare plates and hand out the food. Inside, outside, atop the shop, men of BirGorkha partake. Some go back for seconds, thirds and even fourths -- there is plenty for all and some left over. It is a good day.
