hey... any of you hogs eat a whole family sizes pizza by yourself? i just did

.

I have...when I was in College and running 5 miles + a day not including practice or games every day a 14 inch pizza was pretty easy. A pizza and a case a beer was a Tuesday night staple.

I once at 21 pancakes at an all you can eat pancake house ....

9 of us ate over 200 pancakes - taught them a economic lesson. But then we too were in college with interesting recreational activities and were REAL hungry :);)

I can eat one of the thin large pizzas by myself....havn't tried it in a while, but i think i can still do it.

skunk, you better narrow down "family size" for us. 16"? 18"? 23"? how many toppings?

It's funny, when I was starting college at 17 years old and 130 pounds, I could EASILY put down a whole large pizza and a 12 pack without blinking. Now that I'm 30 years old, and much larger than 130 pounds, I am ready for a nap after two slices and have barely put a dent in a six pack.

How is it that when I weighed so much less, I could eat so much more??? That's gotta defy some sort of natural law.

I got all but two slices in me.
The next time my belly will not be filled with beer. :D

Used to do it regularly when I lived in Somerville right after I got married.

9pm. A bit hungry. Call Mama Lisa's Pizza for a large cheese delivered. $7 with tip. I'd eat the whole thing by myself while watching X-Files or something.

Yes. $7 w/tip and this was only 15 years ago - when a Domino's would cost you $12 plus tip.

Yes. I did it a lot. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a pizza. (The pizza was $4.50 or something. Somehow a $2.50 tip on a fast order was good. Drivers were KILLING to get me a pizza.)

Granted, this is northeast thin crust. Dang it was good. I gotta go back. By far my fav. pizza in the world. (Regina's in the North End is a close second.)

Sure, when I was in high school I could eat a 20" Labrasca's pizza with everything and a pitcher of beer. If you don't want to end up in XXXXXXL T-shirts I'd avoid that though...

In Alaska, I have to stay online for work... when they don't send me out in the middle of nowhere. Not a Viking though, just well armed and not too worried about those pesky "Laws" of physics. Was born in AK though.. Land of ice and snow, with the midnight sun......

hey, man, somebody has to buy them...

I can still do a 20" but it has to be the right kind.
Too much of the wrong types of meat can upset things (and smells horrible).

did it back in college a few times where the local pizza joint had a special once a week. a large for $6 with 2 drinks.
