PJ Tomes knife help

Looking for help identifying a custom knife by PJ Tomes. I looked on his website and couldn't find any contact info so google kind of got me here. I recently purchased this knife at an estate sale. After searching for quite awhile I have been unable to figure anything out. I know a decent amount about culinary knifes as I have a degree in culinary arts. However, when it comes to other types of knifes I am lost. I'm trying to figure out exactly what this is and any information would be great. I think it's a beautiful knife and would love to learn more about it.
