Place to buy insert materials?

I'm looking for a place to buy SMALL sheets to buy handle-insert materials like rayskin and such.

I know about this place:

but from their site, it looks like they only sell big sheets for $85.

All I want is something like a small sheet sampler of several 8.5x11 sheets of various materials that would allow me to try it on some of the knives I have at home.

Try local at the leather shops in the phone book , I found everything but ray skin close to home.
