ive got 3 crain hollowhandle knives,they are awsome and very tough
i prefer crain survival knives to the lile survivals,not easy to find though!
dont think jack is making at the moment,even if he is there is a waiting list
no doubt,they are all handmade buy jack,fantastic quality!

Hey guys, sorry I've been away so long. To answer your question, of the Crain's I've had and used, none ever got loose. Word is no Crain hollow handle has ever come loose in the 25 or so years he's been making them. Super tough knives and I highly recommend them if you get your hands on one.
