I finally bought another plain jane small Sebenza 21 Insingo for edc. I always had the fancy ones and been carrying a Hinderer Half Track lately and I missed my Sebenza. I just love the ease of reassembly and just tightening the screws and no pivot adjustment needed. Doesn't get easier then a sebbie. I used a little Mother's Polish tonight and took the blue ano off the thumbstud and the little spot on the back of the thumbstud and back spacer. Now it is ready to go in my old (15 yrs old) trusty CRK cordura sheath.

Nice rig. Kind of wish the PJs came in silver from the factory.

Now go thrash it in good conscience.

is it wrong that i've been longing for a plain jane 21 to edc, even though I already bought and sold one because I prefer my micarta and carbon CRKs?

I have a number of "plainers" in regular, classic and 21 models, small and large sizes, with insingo, drop and damascus blades.

Great knives that you can carry and use hard, but also have the peace of mind that CRK will spa/sharpen them back to like new condition for the price of postage.

My small carbon fiber inlay Insingo arrived today. I fully intended to sell my plain, small, pre "Idaho Made" Insingo with double silver studs but I just can't do it. I don't think I'll be getting rid of any CRKs in the near future.

Loving this plain Jane with gold anodized thumb stud and back spacer and polished blade.

I've picked up several Sebenzas with inlays lately with the intention of carrying them. So far none of them has been able to kick these two out of my EDC rotation. I'm looking forward to achieving a distressed look on their handles.

The simplicity of the plain scales are great. They are awesome to pair with plain blades or with a damascus... :D
