Plain vs. Serrated on First Runs

Sal, Joyce, anybody, does Spyderco always make equal numbers of plain and serrated for first runs? I'm curious because I know that I can still get a serrated Paramilitary but the plain are all gone. Since plain edges are more popular among collectors who usually buy first runs, why not make first runs 75% plain and 25% serrated? Not complaining, just a suggestion.

Hi Anthony. Each model is different. We try to "guess" the ratio. Some models, like the Persian or Kiwi, are only made in plain edge. Some, like the Rescues, are only made with teeth.
