Planing a diving trip in Cozumel, Mex.

I'm thinking about taking a week or 2 in Cozumel and do some diving, getting PADI certified and more. I'm looking for tips on where to go, which group to dive with, etc. I would probably look for dive packages including PADI testing. Finally, I'll be looking for some hotel or B&B there.

I have done some diving many times before, but I last tested maybe 15 years ago and I need to test back to the basics.

I'd be interested in any of the following:
1 - Specific recomendations / endorsements
2 - A good scubadiving bulletin board
3 - Other good sites on either Cozumel, PADI training, etc.
