Anyone heard (or maybe Ellie can say) if there are any plans for another run of GSO-10's on the books?

I'm late to the Survive! party and missed getting one. :grumpy:

Of course I'm a reasonable knifenut, and I'd take a GSO-12 if that's all you can manage! ;)

Thanks!

Was just wondering the same thing..
Getting my first busse soon, and would like to also add the GSO 10 to my collection..

Yes I can't wait to see the new gso 10. Saw on a different thread that guy is making some changes to help with chopping.

That would be mine.
Another topic in the S!K sub-forum got me curious about other large choppers with possibly better handle ergos.

But best believe I won't be sad if it doesn't sell and I'm "stuck with it" :p It's a fantastic knife.

I would love to see a 12, I could be wrong but I do believe that Guy posted a comment that a 12 might be in the works and coming down the pike soon.

Yep, a GSO-12 would be awesome! Guy posted the comment on a GSO-12 design here.

I've also heard that if you have larger hands the finger choils on the GSO-10 may not be for you, so I'm interested in seeing what changes Guy made to the GSO-10 handle design.

I'm sidelined on funds for the moment  so into next year works great for me... :D

Same here on pretty much all of the above....especially extra funds at the moment:mad:

I know that what I am hoping for on the GSO-12 most would probably disagree with (like 1/4in. thickness), but variety is the "spice of life" ...lol.

On that other thread about the GSO-12 he mentioned that it would be nightmarishly expensive to manufacture and he was by no means over exaggerating. Not only in terms of money, but more time and waste. The GSO-10 is only 2 inches shorter so.... It will be a while. We will start talking among ourselves about the GSO-10 some time in 2015, after we've finished licking our wounds from the last batch we ran. :)

Thank you for the update Ellie!!! :)

Would LOVE to see a run of GSO-10's with the new handle tweaks when you guys can get to in 2015!!!! :D-----------
