Plant ID resources

Does anyone know of any online plant ID resources? Something along the lines of Botany for Dummies or something so it's easier for me to identify and classify plants; preferably edible and medicinal ones. I've scratched the surface of it be just trying to remember various plants listed on certain pages but if I find one I want to know about and it's not on the list, it get's hard to find out what it is. Thanks in advance.
 
Another book that is good--I carry it with me into the woods sometimes--Edible Wild Plants--"Wildman" Steven Brill--
 
One that I use is called Nature Bound by Ron Dawson it is a Great book with Great and I mean Great photos. Just lookup Ron Dawson on the net and you will find it. Also if you have a Seventh Day Adventist book store in your area they have them too I have been getting that book from the the one in Lincoln Ne. for almost 20 years now I have one in each vehicle and in my reading room by my chair now as I write this up. Pg. 326 and 327 is awsome info for what to carry as an absolute minimum kit.

If you are just getting into plant and tree id, I stongly suggest getting a book with a "How To Use This Book" or Introduction so you can learn how to key out a tree - that will give you a foundation. What part of Florida are you in and I can give you a few book recommendations.
