Platinum membership gifted to me, but, not available to me

Crazy Canuck gifted a Platinum membership to me via Paypal payment on Saturday at noon. The Platinum option is still unavailable to me in Permission Groups.

The only options are Basic Member and Default - registered Member.

I am excited to see that I will have much more room for PM's - it has been a hassle to be limited to five only.

I have read the FAQ questions and it says to post here if the option is not available after 72 hours and it has been 74 now.

PayPal payments don't go through the automated system, they have to be entered manually. Spark usually gets to them within three business days, but sometimes real life gets in the way. Hang in there.

It may help if you get the PayPal transaction number and edit that into your original post
