Platinum Membership Upgrade----Unable to to change status

Mods,

My Platinum membership expired Saturday (5-26). I renewed my membership via 1SKS's checkout on 5-26 (order #78409). I have been unable to upgrade my status as of yet. Also, I am concerned that I may be in violation of the rules because I have a custom folder for sale that I posted last Thursday. Mods, would you please help?

Have you tried to update your usergroup?To do this

Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update your group display


You will not be able to post in the sale section without a paid membership so it must have cleared.


**Scratch that as I see you posted the thread before your membership expired.**

I think spark does the renews,upgrades manually so it may take a few days.

Thanks. Yes, I tried to change the settings, but no availble user groups shows up. I thought it would take a few days due to the holiday weekend, but I didn't want to be in violation of the rules, so I just wanted to throw this out to the mods so they would be aware.
