I paid for a platinum membership, 6/04/14. I just wanted to make sure everything was o.k.

You are a Gold member and a Platinum member as of now.

Go to Settings(upper right)
then to Permission Groups (left side)
then select your Platinum membership level.

Then go to Tech Support and ask Spark to prorate your remaining Gold time to your new Platinum membership.

Duh, sorry, I should of known better. All the pink matter in my skull hasn't been getting enough rest lately.
