Yesterday I paid to have the Platinum membership is there any thing I need to post like an order number?

If you paid by paypal, it can take up to 72 hrs.
If you paid by CC, then you need to go to Settings>Group memberships and update your Usergroup.

Ok, it was the same when I did a name change. It took 72hrs even with CC.

If you paid by CC, you should be able to update now, if it went thru. Otherwise spark may have to look into it. The 72 hrs is only if you paid by PP.

I paid paypal on Sunday so I guess tomorrow I will have reached my 72 hour mark, since it was done on the weekend.
