Platinum Upgrade help

[VCM3]

I very recently Paypal'd a payment,to renew my membership.
I upgraded to Platinum,from Gold. (I've always been gold from w/ I first started here)
I followed all directions.
I cannot seem to change my user group,as there is no tab there,to select,for Platinum.
If a mod. see's this & can help,It'd be appreciated

Paypal payments have to be manuelly changed by Spark. It takes a few days. Hope that helps.
