Imagine my surprise, the wife and I are at the doctor's office for a regular bi-weekly NST test on the baby-to-be. Anyways there is a paper jam in the fetal monitor, the nurse reaches in her pocket and pulls out a nice little case folder and then she preceded to make short work of the paper jam and got the machine up and running again.

Nice to know that with all the "oh-so-worried's" in the world that are scared of people with knives, that there are still those who appreciate a good knife.

Just thought I would share.

Once saw a teacher sharpen a child's color pencils with an un-named pocket knife at my nephew's kindergarten. If I wasn't in a hurry then, I might have asked her about it. It's nice to find decent, ordinary folk putting their knives to good use - something politician's will never get into their heads.

Best we can do is educate the next generation of knife knuts so that there are more of us around. My nephew will be getting a nice little folder from me when he is old enough...
