Cash burning a hole in pocket. Looking for a small one 3 1/4" to 2 1/2" blade, light duty, cuts cardboard, wood, shrubbery. Must be thinly ground to slice whthout too much drag.

I am looking at the William Henry spear point, Spyderco Salsa,
Ritter Mini Grip. What do you think?

I have a SOG Twitch 2 and it is a nice little knife. The assisted opening is fun, the price is really reasonable IMO and the blade is pretty thin. The only thing negative is that there is some side to side play when the blade is open but I think it's still a great buy for under $40. :)

A tad shorter than you wanted, but a beauty to behold! :D

I'd be willing to bet that the Spyderco Salsa is the best cutter of that group. The blade is very wide, not all that thick, and flat ground, resulting in a very steep angle that just glides through cuts.

You should also consider the Spyderco Calypsy JR in that list as well. The new one has a grey FRN handle and a plain edged flat ground VG10 blade. It is a great slicer and effortless to carry.
