Please change my membership subsciption

Hi There, can someone please change my membership to a service provider in orange, instead of a platinum. They are the same price, and my newly paid for, equally priced, membership starts tomorrow,:thumbup:

He purchased the wrong membership level. Since the Exchange Rules update he was unaware of having to purchase the knifemaker/service provider/craftsman update. I have been in contact with Al and he is aware now of the new rules.
