I can't take it anymore. Please help me, Uncle Bill Martino, you're my only remaining hope, hic, only remaining hope, hic. Durn that R2D2, should have known he'd scramble his circuits when I really needed him!

I'm starting to feel the urge to walk into the cess pool and end this mortal coil. I'm even punning away myself. The forum is coming out the other side of insanity, whatever that is, but can't be good.

I need my medication!
 
I'm remembering the sitcom "Night Court", where Judge Harry's Dad ( played by John Astin ) turned out to have spent his life in and out of mental hospitals and he'd tell of being in for something or other, but he'd always add " But I'm feeling much better now.
 
Rusy, I think sometimes the best medicine is going for a 3-4 day trek into the widerness. I have to get away a couple of times a year. I spent 5 days in the Smokies "talking" to the animals. I fed deer apples, hand fed birds nestling on my fingers, and a big buck bedded down right next to my camp. I knew they were there to cheer me up.;)

Another trip was in the swamps, in my canoe for 3 days. Snakes and alligators were my companions then. I know now we coexist with nice people and nasty people. I think this forum is the "nice" people one.

Come on down to my house if you need a break. The door is open.:)

There are some people walking around alive today simply because it's illegal to kill them. That's a shame as they need killing.

Holidays make for irritability. Doing all the usual plus extra responsibilities is a formula for insanity.

This forum is a good place to vent. I'm glad to see people doing it. I'm not at the end of my rope, either. There's a bit of stetch left.

I just got this nasty cold or whatever that makes me want to bite peoples heads off if I don't sleep 12 hours a day. Otherwise I go into auto-sarcastic mode. Makes me bout as much fun as a constipated alligator.

Nothing compared to what Uncle is going thru.

I took this tactical shotgun course a couple years ago taught by a group of marines. The main instructor/owner was asked if he hunted and why he did not. He said he did not hunt and did not have anything against it, just said there are too many people out there that need to be shot before he starts shooting animals. I think that number of people is growing, especially when my wife started saying the same thing.
