As the title implies, I'm posting this here in the hopes that it will get to the leadership at Cold Steel. Please be patient with me. I know the item is not a knife, but CS makes alot of knives and some if this kind of stuff so it seems like the best hope that just maybe it could actually happen, because I want one and I'm sure others would like it too.
Years ago there was a product made by a company called "Combat Technologies". It was called the "Stinger". It was a great self defense device idea, destroyed by poor execution. They used cheap plastic and a skeletonized design. It fit the hand well, but broke quickly if it hit anything hard.
My point is that with the frn CS uses for their kubatons and night shade weapons, if CS were to remake this basic design, a little thicker and without the skeletonization, it would be a solid option for self defense.
