The Becker BK7 used 0170-6C steel, which was a proprietary formulation of Camillus.

As for the differences between Ka Bar's 1095 Cro Van, and Camillus's 0170-6C, I'll leave that for the metallurgists and engineers.

IIRC Ethan Becker said there is no appreciable difference between the two steels.
