PLEASE EXPAND HPS meaning!!! and please help to choose between scottevest pants' and

what does it mean the HPS in:
Front Length (HPS to Bottom Hem)
Back Length (HPS to Bottom Hem)
i choose between this http://www.scottevest.com/v3_store/Flex-Cargo-Pants.shtml
and this http://www.scottevest.com/v3_store/Convertible_Travel_Pants.shtml
and 5.11 pants, i need much room to put my things in the pockets. i have tru-spec vest and don't want their pants as the black color goes awful
i need black only. i also experience no problem with medium tru-spec vest but the medium scottevest QUEST vest is just toooo small
 
THEY ARE BUSY COMPANY IN USA THEY DON'T ANSWER!!!!!!! i live in russia, i can only buy from other place. you want everyone to ask them instead of putting one thread on internet? what you are trying to say is just nonsense for me, nothing more.

Cougar, you're so silly to think questions about a company's product should be directed at that company when they're so busy. They don't have time nor the interest to answer potential customers' questions. Everyone knows it's better to ask knowledgeable strangers on the internet who will give you the correct and reliable answer.
 
yes, and you are not smarter than Cougar, if you think they even understand that i am potential client, living in russia, no chance to buy from scottevest lol
 
HPS: (High Point Shoulder) A main reference point located at the highest point of the shoulder, where the shoulder seam meets the neckline. Many measurements are given in relation to the HPS.
 
Thank you for posting that -- that could benefit other people who read this forum.

I wouldn't have suggested calling them if I had known you were in Russia. Some companies respond well to email, but many still haven't gotten that organized....
