Please explain Copper and Clad

I just joined BladeForums yesterday and have heard some references to Copper and Clad. Is it a Buck division? I searched their site and they have what seems to be some primo versions of a lot of Buck knives. Sorry if my newb is showing .

They also have a paid knife dealers membership with blade forums or it would be a rules violation to be talking about them. Read the rules about deal spotting just so you understand its not ok to talk about every knife dealer here in the open forums.

Are they a Buck customer or a Buck dealer? Seems they sell just about every model plus the exclusives and now limited runs. Just saw an email they now have a David Yellow horse knife and a few other the 119 75 yr. I was wondering to how they are able to sell at the prices they do.
 
Dealer, they have knives on the Web that say wishlist. Not sure how many they stock in house. They commit to purchase a set amount and get to choose the types of materials they want. Kinda like you can on Buck's website, just a few more options.
 
I've bought from them quite frequently as of late. They carry lots of exclusives as well as stock knives. They have a perfect track record with me personally, great service.
