Please Help: Cannot Post Pics or Edit Posts

Hoping a mod can chime in. I've been unable to post pictures for a couple of days now. When I start to type a reply in a thread or make a post, the icon to insert pictures is no longer present at the top of my post/reply. In fact, the icons to change fonts, colors, etc are also missing. See the pic below:

This issue persists regardless of whether I'm using via the app or a browser. Are others having this issue or is it just me?

I'd appreciate any assistance that can be provided.

Try clicking the right set of 3 dots, and then click the brackets [ ]

Must have clicked it by accident at some point. Not sure why it's even a thing, as it causes a lot of confusion.
