Please Help ID an old Boker Folder

Can anyone give me some info on this old folder? Each of the blades says Boker on the tang. It doesn't say USA or Germany. On the back of the main blade is tree. No additional words or numbers. Does anyone know where or when it was made? I'd appreciate any help I can get.

looks like American rather than German, no umlaut on the O

I've wondered about that. When they first started making them in the US, did they say Boker USA or just Boker?

it definitely looks like the american tang stamp from when boker was originally in the USA (not currently).
