Wonderful that these actually have stamps. Otherwise this inquiry would be a 'guess and by god' exercise of trying to judge the value of metal implements that currently have very little more than scrap steel value. There are literally millions of old axes out there and most of these are collecting only dust.
Hytest is a famous name/brand as is the profile of the quaint Hudson Bay-type head that you show.
