I got this awhile back and am trying to determine the name of this. Thanks for any ideas.

I've still got one. It's one of the few CRKTs that I still own. Kept it because I like how it was designed & how it feels in my hand.

CRKT puts the name of the knife & its designer on every knife it makes.

Looks like the one the OP has was modified to remove this information. If it was stock, it would look like this one, as mine does:
