Please Help Identify - Is This An Old CRK Cordura Sheath

I was going thru some things today in my office and I found a CRK Small Sebenza box that was from a small Sebenza I had custom made with an old compnny logo engraved on the front scale. In the box was a brand new sheath. I think this is the one CRK use to sell or give in the box with new Sebenza.

Let me know what you think. I can't imagine any other reason for it being in a box from a Sebenza I bought 10+ years ago.

If memory serves me correctly, these are the same pouches that were available for the P Sebenzas back in the day.

I believe all the Originals including the P were issued a sheath that looked like the one below.

I have seen them Marked with the CRK logo and Unmarked as well. Probably just depends on the time of purchase. But these were the original sheaths that either came with or were optional at the time for the old original sebenzas.

I sent an email to CRK and eather responded and said YES it is an original CRK sheath. Some were marked and some not. Wow, brand new, the small Sebenza fits nice in it.

I have a 1999 or 2000 large Pheasant Tail in my safe that has an unmarked sheath like that.

Do any one of you guys carry your Sebenza in this exact sheath or are they too rare to use.

Figure its probably as rare as the knife that came with it all those years ago. If you wanna carry the sebenza in a sheath, why not use it....??? If you never plan on selling it, you basically have two choices. Use it or save it as a box queen as thats what it has basically been the last 10+ years. They are rare and sometimes go for a premium as I have seen a sheath alone go for over $100 on that big auction site over the years. I have one, cant remember if it has the logo or not, but I will not sell it. Its CRK History, so its staying with me as will the bulk of my collection. I got mine with an old P sebenza btw.
