Please help identify Knife B

This knife does not have any printing on the tang. Some hallmarks are on the blade. Also, the back spline is decorated. Who made this knife. Please venture a guess as to when it was manufactured. Thanks

I just looked up the hallmark. See: https://www.silvermakersmarks.co.uk/Dates/Sheffield.html
It matches perfectly and was made in 1910
